• Our sincere desire is to nurture people in a meaningful relationship with Jesus Christ and celebrate the blessings that come from letting Him be the One to guide our lives.

While there are no perfect churches, we at Spring Road are striving to become a community of faith like the church described in the Bible...where there’s relevant teaching based on God's truth, worship focused on Jesus, friendships cultivated with humility, prayer support, and compassionate care for those in need.

So whether you’re seeking to know more about God, or you've already committed your life to Him and you're looking for ways to grow in your faith alongside other Christ followers in the SRCC Family...let us help you find your place in a missional community (small group) and an area where you feel God has gifted you to make a difference for His Kingdom.

Next Gathering:  September 12!

Maybe you've never been to a Wednesday night gathering. Maybe you've been to more than your share. Maybe it's been a while since you've gathered with the church on Wednesday.

Whatever the case, we would love for you to join us for "1."

Each 1WEDNESDAY evening will be multigenerational, include a shared meal, focus on the Word, and -- as always -- all are welcome!

  • adults

    2nd Wednesday each month // 6:00-7:30 p.m. // worship center

Everyone in the family is welcome! This is a night we all gather around the table, share a meal together, have some fun, and learn one great thing at a time about Biblical community!

    missional communities

When you come to a Spring Road missional community, you will be challenged to GROW in personal spiritual disciplines, to NURTURE others and to be nurtured in a faith community, and to INVEST your gifts through serving. Currently, our communities follow one of these formats:

    • a study guide that goes deeper into what we learn during our 1WEDNESDAY gatherings and current sermon series (February study coming soon!)
    • basic weekly question guide that accompanies the group's scriptural selection in personal devotional study and service (preview here)
    • FREEDOM group study (Living In Freedom Everyday), a 13-week curriculum-based study in conjunction with Church of the Highlands (preview here)

Another form of missional communities at Spring Road is the triad. Each triad consists of three adults, same gender, who meet weekly for at least one year for sermon-based study, mutual discipleship, and prayer. The goal of this very intentional form of discipleship is to challenge one another toward walking with Christ daily, healing from brokenness, and learning obedience to the Holy Spirit, with the goal of each triad member reproducing more disciples in the following year. Many professionals and parents like this format because of the ability to meet during a lunch hour in the work week or while kids are at school.

This is our "gateway" to missional communities. This three-week event gives interested adults an opportunity to meet leaders, ask questions, and experience life in a community. Afterward, we work individually with you to connect you to the best fit for you.

  • college

Feast is like a home away from home for college kids who are trying to figure out what following Jesus looks like in this generation. We are all about free food, coffee and more coffee, random hangouts, video games, volleyball, ping-pong, movie nights, small groups, dance parties, laughter, accountability, serving the community, and loving everyone no matter what their backgrounds or beliefs are. Feast is here to be a beacon of love and community based on the teachings of Jesus during these weird college times.

Every week at Feast, you can expect fun small groups, serious small groups where we talk about deep stuff that's on our hearts, service projects in the local community, leadership development, delicious iced coffee, and our main event...Tuesday night Feast that offers free dinner, a message, and music. We also plan times to connect with those who are in the area during the summer.

To put it simply, we are a group of Jesus followers that are here for college students.

The SRCC student ministry exists to inspire and empower high school and middle school students to develop a faith of their own.

    MISSIONAL COMMUNITIES // Sundays at 9:30 a.m.

Every Sunday morning we have a conversation together. We invite all high school and middle school students to join us as we dive deeper into God's Word and seek to understand the mysterious love of the Father.

HIGH SCHOOL // YOUTH ROOM (Lanier Hall)

MIDDLE SCHOOL // LOFT (next to chapel balcony)

    1st and 3rd Wednesdays each month // 6:00-8:00 p.m. // youth room (Lanier Hall)

Fusion is a time for students to take a break from the busyness of life and worship the Creator. We gather for food, worship, and hearing God's Word. We also spend time in small groups. We believe God blessed us with each other to call us into a more intimate relationship with Him. In order to help facilitate this, an adult leader guides each group to ask the question, "What is God doing in your life?" and to spend some time praying for each other.

At Kingdom Kids, we believe that every child matters to God. Through a safe environment, engaging teaching, upbeat worship, fun games, and leaders that care, children will learn that they are loved by God and by our volunteers.

The focus of Kingdom Kids is missional community environments. Each child has the opportunity to connect with a consistent leader and a small group of friends each hour they are at Kingdom Kids as they learn how to apply Biblical principles to their daily lives.

Our mission is to partner with you, the parent, to disciple your child into a relationship with Jesus. Each week, resources are available for you to reinforce Biblical principles with your child at home.
