    small groups

When you come to a Spring Road small group, you will be challenged to GROW in personal spiritual disciplines, to NURTURE others and to be nurtured in a faith community, and to INVEST your gifts through serving. Currently, our groups follow one of these formats:

    • sermon-based questions to continue in a study of the message we recently heard preached (preview here)
    • basic weekly question guide that accompanies the group's scriptural selection in personal devotional study and service (preview here)
    • FREEDOM group study (Living In Freedom Everyday), a 13-week curriculum-based study in conjunction with Church of the Highlands (preview here)

    triads

Another form of small groups at Spring Road is the triad. Each triad consists of three adults, same gender, who meet weekly for at least one year for sermon-based study, mutual discipleship, and prayer. The goal of this very intentional form of discipleship is to challenge one another toward walking with Christ daily, healing from brokenness, and learning obedience to the Holy Spirit, with the goal of each triad member reproducing more disciples in the following year. Many professionals and parents like this format because of the ability to meet during a lunch hour in the work week or while kids are at school.

    regroup

This is our "gateway" to small groups. This three-week event gives interested adults an opportunity to meet leaders, ask questions, and experience life in a small group. Afterward, we work individually with you to connect you to the best fit for you.

Feast is like a home away from home for college kids who are trying to figure out what following Jesus looks like in this generation. We are all about free food, coffee and more coffee, random hangouts, video games, volleyball, ping-pong, movie nights, small groups, dance parties, laughter, accountability, serving the community, and loving everyone no matter what their backgrounds or beliefs are. Feast is here to be a beacon of love and community based on the teachings of Jesus during these weird college times.

Every week at Feast, you can expect fun small groups, serious small groups where we talk about deep stuff that's on our hearts, service projects in the local community, leadership development, delicious iced coffee, and our main event...Thursday night Feast that offers free dinner, a message, and music. We also plan times to connect with those who are in the area during the summer.

To put it simply, we are a group of Jesus followers that are here for college students.

At Kingdom Kids, we believe that every child matters to God. Through a safe environment, engaging teaching, upbeat worship, fun games, and leaders that care, children will learn that they are loved by God and by our volunteers.

The focus of Kingdom Kids is small group environments. Each child has the opportunity to connect with a consistent leader and a small group of friends each hour they are at Kingdom Kids as they learn how to apply Biblical principles to their daily lives.

Our mission is to partner with you, the parent, to disciple your child into a relationship with Jesus. Each week, resources are available for you to reinforce Biblical principles with your child at home.

If you have any questions, need help, or would like to volunteer in any area of our children's ministry, contact our children's minister Alycia Irmiter.
